James Bigelow Smith, Jr., of Kensington, MD, passed away peacefully in Bethesda, MD, on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Gail N. Smith (deceased) of fifty-five years. Dedicated father of Jonathan P. Smith (Rachel Henig) and Alison E. Seddon (Robert Seddon). Loving grandfather of Julia Smith, London, Annabelle, and Rebecca Seddon.
